Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I believe that a wise therapist is a combination of experience, intuition and continuing education. I seek my own training, for the love of my clients. The most dynamic trainings that I have received have been from seasoned clinicians who train others for the love of healing. A number of years ago I decided to start bringing the wisdom of true healers in our field to our staff at Treeside Psychological Clinic, P.C.. Treeside Institute for Clinical Advancement (TICA) was created so that we could share these unique learning opportunities with other therapists. My goal, for TICA, is to create training and personal growth opportunities for beginning and experienced clinicians. I seek trainers who are gifted at their trade and willing to share their talents with others. My other goal is to partner with the wisest of the wise so that we can all learn from their years of experience and knowledge.
The small group setting in Treeside’s quaint Victorian home has given our participants a personalized and rejuvenating experience. There is time to ask questions, practice a skill that is being taught, and connect with other professionals in the field. I have been training and supervising clinicians for over 13 years, in small group settings. It has proven to be a blessing to all.
